1. Who can use Wrappur
You may use Wrappur only if you are at least 16 years old or have parental consent, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and comply with applicable laws.
2. Your account and data
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and not share your account with others. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal or harmful use
- No viruses or malicious content
- No interference with systems or other users
- No attempts to access non-public parts of the platform
4. Intellectual property
Wrappur’s brand, visuals and features are protected by intellectual property law. Users retain rights to their own content, while granting Wrappur a limited license to store and display that content to provide the service.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Wrappur is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced later, pricing, payment terms and cancellation/refund conditions will be explained clearly. No user will be charged without explicit consent.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Wrappur is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, or indefinite storage of content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrappur is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.
